Have your very own Royal Wedding!!!
As we all know HRH Prince Harry and Miss Meghan Markle will soon be married!!! and for us who are super excited!!!!!! I thought I would do a blog post on little ways you can add that vintage royal flair to your own dream wedding!
The couple of the year are soon going to be husband and wife as of the 19th of May 2018. So naturally all us Brits are getting ready and counting down the days, hours... and minutes till the BIG DAY.
So everyone who is dreaming up what their future royal wedding will be like, here are some tips to add that vintage royal pizazz!
Cucumber sandwiches! (of course it cant be English royal without them), strawberries and cream, homemade lemonade and Pimm's, are all perfect for a vintage style summertime wedding. Place art deco ( or just super cute) jugs of lemonade or any
iced beverage, served with sprigs of mint and of course some edible flowers, perhaps a Viola head floating, or a slice of lemon. Serve the Pimm's from a punch bowl with a ladle, the strawberries and cream in 1950’s, or just very fancy glass sundae dishes, and cucumber sandwiches on adorable plates that go with your chosen theme.
that is pretty much it! or you can use flowers wrapped in lace, cups of tea in beautiful ceramic teacups, or you could have an afternoon tea themed garden party!! that is very British!
